Dear Patient: Christine Rosche, MPH,CNS, CBT is a nationally certified biofeedback therapist with 25 years experience. In our office we offer Heartmath™ biofeedback therapy which includes heart rate variability testing and heart rhythm analysis. We also offer EMG - Muscular, EDG - Sweat Gland and EDG - Temperature Biofeedback Therapy. The Heartmath™ biofeedback teaches you stress mastery.

You will receive a book, workbook and weekly training sessions on our state of the art biofeedback equipment. You can also do the training remotely using home training units that we provide.

You will come in for an initial 30 minute consultation to determine what type of biofeedback therapy is best suited for your particular medical condition, symptoms and lifestyle.  In our meeting we will outline and discuss the best options for biofeedback therapy, how it works and how it helps you to reverse the negative effects of stress and  the program investment.

On A Session-By-Session Basis (Each Approx One Hour In Length)

This program is for individuals with particular health-related concerns such as diabetes, high cholesterol, chronic fatigue, hormonal imbalances, or immune system dysfunctions.
