The Light Living Program is about creating a healthy lifestyle. You'll learn to easily and quickly burn body fat by choosing normal, readily available foods--food choices that you can live with. We give you nutritional guidelines and help you determine what works best for your metabolic body type, lifestyle and individual taste. The focus is on changing habits. You burn fat while feeling healthy and satisfied, eating the foods that are right for your unique biochemistry.

You will not be weighed in or judged. You are accepted as you are and get positive support as you learn from your experience and create a healthy lifestyle.

There may be certain foods that you "crave," use compulsively or just eat automatically "because it tastes good." We help you identify these patterns and give you powerful methods to help you say no to the foods you crave while saying yes to health and success. It is your choice; you are not required to "give up anything." Custom tailored individual sessions help you discover exactly where those urges come from, release them and learn to get your needs met in more satisfying ways. You can change so that those irrational urges that sabotage your success fade away.

You'll become partners with your body; learning to "tune in" to your body's signals, eating when you're hungry and stopping when your body is satisfied. You'll get the tools and motivation to increase metabolism, build lean body mass to burn calories and be light and healthy. It's the program you've always been looking for.

While most programs are about losing weight and only about losing weight, the Light Living Program is much more than that. It's about your health and well-being.

We take a whole person approach, addressing important issues such as metabolic imbalances, food addictions, stress, compulsive overeating, food allergies, PMS, nutritional supplements and their impact on your behavior and your body. You can reduce stress while building self-motivation and self-esteem. And it's OK if you don't need to address all of these issues. We'll help you identify the missing links and put all the pieces together to become naturally light and healthy.
